Check out UNB’s Trans ID Clinic! The Trans ID Clinic provides free legal information, form-filling services, and referrals in a learning space that strives to be trans-positive, non-judgemental, anti-oppressive, and inclusive.
The clinic can assist you with changing your legal sex designation and/or your legal name with regard to the following documents:
-Birth Certificate (NS, NB, PEI, NL)
-Passport
-Driver’s License
-Medicare Card
-SIN Number

Who is Eligible for Transition-Related Surgery?
Eligibility is based on WPATH’s Standards of Care for the Health of Transsexual, Transgender, and Gender-Nonconforming People (SOC).
