Binder Requests
Our binder program is open to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador age 16+ (or with parent/guardian permission). We can provide drop off in the St. John’s metro area and mail delivery for those outside the region.
Please measure your chest at the fullest part to ensure you have the right size. A binder that is too small will cause discomfort and potential issues with breathing and tightness. If you are in-between sizes or are unsure, please order the size up.
